Whether you’re a single gal just trying to make it through the holidays, a mama with little underfoot or something else all together we all have one thing in common… we’re all trying to survive the holidays.
Of course, there are a million answers to the “what’s your Christmas Survival Guide” question and my answer will always be a planner. If you’re stressed out with a million things on your to-do list before the big guy comes down the chimney having a central, easy to use system will help keep everything organized.
Of course, I’m a planner girl and firmly believe in the power of stickers and the to-do list…. so a planner may just be my answer to everything. If you’re not into planners you can scroll down to check out a few of my favorite bloggers survival guides for the holiday season… see if any of those are a bit more to your liking.
But us planner girls are about to get our survival guide on.
This is my little holiday planner. I made it myself.. and I’m kind of in love with it.
It’s a travelers notebook which means you can add inserts and completely customize it from start to finish: bows, paperclips, vellum and all! Once you make the cover it’s just a matter of printing inserts and adding all the bells and whistles.
This little baby has a weekly insert so that I can plan November, December and January (I like to use it as long as possible)… as well as a budget planner (because honestly), notes booklet and my secret weapon.
A Christmas insert that I call my survival guide!
I mean just look at a few of the pages:
- Christmas Bucket List
- Christmas Day Activity Checklist
- December Photo Checklist
- Christmas Movie Bucket List
- Christmas Gift Budget
- Christmas Gift Planner
- Stocking Stuffers Checklist
- Christmas Card List
- Things to Do List
- Things to Bake List
- Things to Make List
- Things to Buy List
- Thank You Card Spreadsheet
- Christmas Dinner Meal Planner
- Christmas Dinner Grocery Shopping List
I am not even joking when I say that this little guy completely keeps me on track. I don’t think I would remember half the people on my list if i didn’t have a spreadsheet!
Plus I love that this little planner is pocket sized so I can toss it in my bag when I leave the house.
Life saver.
I shared my favorite sheet (the Christmas bucket list) as a freeibe at the bottom of this post… print it out and add it to your own planner! Or if you’d rather print out the entire insert you can check out all the digital files I used for the is planner here.
I’m talking all four inserts, the vellum, the die cuts, all the bells and whistles y’all.
Not ready to hit print and make this baby yourself? I’ll make it for you… just pick your size and I’ll get started on one just for you. Check out the full description here to see what is included.
Until then you can check out a few of my friends fun survival guides by clicking on the links below! Even better? We’ve got all kinds of fun diy’s, crafts and recipes coming your way over the next few weeks… so don’t forget to check back.
