I spent last weekend working on a fun mood board for my cousin… that goes a little outside of my wheelhouse. It was fun but now it’s time to get back to basics with a few fun and easy Farmhouse DIY’s! I love the farmhouse look and definitely incorporate it into my own personal eclectic kind of style (hint: I own the same dish towels used in the first DIY! See? They’re hanging on my stove in my kitchen makeover!).
I realized I was loving it more than normal this month when I kept saving fun Farmhouse DIY’s to my Facebook page… and my Pinterest boards. Oops! So I thought I would take a look through all those saved pics and videos to share my favorites with all of y’all! There’s a couple here I really want to tackle… like the sweet little pillow case in the first photo… or the cute wooden curtain dowels in the last photo.
I could definitely use a pair of those.

I love love love the sweet cup pulls on this little rustic basket. I have a few extra cup pulls from our hardware switch-er-o in the kitchen so now I’m trying to figure out what I can attach cup pulls on. I kind of want to put them on the antique box we turned into a pet bowl stand last month… I think that would be awesome.
I also want to make a sweet little farmhouse sign for our bedroom… but then I worry that’s too farmhouse! Our bedroom happens to be a bit more blingy than the rest of our house so I’m not sure if it would work. I guess we’ll find out!
