The Man Behind the Blog: Take 3

It’s that time of the month again! Time to ask my hubby 10 fabulous questions about little old me! Or about his favorite male celebrity crush… you know, whatever comes up ;).

Heavens to Betsy has come up with five fabulous questions for the month of May… I am really looking forward to some of his answers! I am also looking forward to all of you fabulous ladies who showed an interest in linking up when the April version of Man Behind the Blog went live! I’m hoping to see your smiling faces in the link-up!

So without further ado… Let’s find out what’s going on in my man’s brain this month. Hold your breath ladies… I’m going in.

May’s Questions:

What is your favorite family tradition?

My favorite family tradition would have to be when my Nana would wake up just me and my brother every Christmas morning so that we could open up one present before the rest of the family got up…. it was our special thing.

Who’s your male celebrity crush?

Uuuuhh I don’t really have a male celebrity “crush”.  However, if I had to pick a male celebrity that I liked the most that would probably be either Jason Statham or Bruce Willis.

What song best sums you up?

Actually I have never really thought about it. I guess if I had to pick off the top of my head I would have to say Dream On by Aerosmith.

What three things do you think of the most each day?

Well the biggest thing that I think about on a daily basis is probably my wife.  The other two kinda switch off between food, sleep, and school.

What is your most embarrassing memory?

Well for the longest time I denied my consistent gain in weight no matter how many time people would tell me to lay off the tacos.  I finally understood what they meant when while my mother-in-law and my wife’s best friend Rachel were visiting I sat on our small stool and broke it into tiny matchsticks.  It didn’t break right away it waited until later and then unceremoniously dumped me on my ass.

Betsy finds $100. What does she do with it?

This is way to easy.  Betsy then takes the said 100 dollars and spends it at T.J Maxx.  Next Question….

What is YOUR favorite room in your house and why?

My favorite room in the house is probably the office because that is were I helped the most when we were unpacking and decorating.

Creativity is messy, but for the most part blogs show the pretty picture. Can you tell us how Betsy is a secret slob?

My wife is not a “secret” slob.  Glitter is probably her favorite medium and yet she never quite finds a way to keep her glitter only on her project.  She has a gift for glitterizing everything within a 20 foot radius.

Name a project or decorating adventure that you thought would be a flop but was fabulous?

I was not amused when my wife told me that she wanted to paint my desk white and blue. She assured me; however, that everything would work out.  So like every good husband I deferred to my wife’s “better judgement” and she was right.  It turned out great.

There is a saying “If walls could talk…”, what would yours say about the decorating in your bedroom?

They would probably be very vain and while staring into a mirror comment on how beautiful they look. (yup ladies, he’s all mine!)
