Last week a sweet reader wrote in to ask if I had a seating plan for round tables that seat 8… well Ashley I do now!
Seating charts can be the most stressful part of planning a wedding… if you have a stressful family that is! My wedding was full of guests who couldn’t sit next to each other as well as family members that needed to be as far apart as possible… and you might be the same way.
If you happen to be part of a special rainbow unicorn family that gets along with each other and the rest of the world then throw up a “pick a seat not a side” sign and feel free to dance the night away but if you need a little planning then I have you covered!
Whether you’re having a large wedding or an intimate ceremony you can use these three table configurations to plan almost any reception!
Simply cross tables off if you need fewer spots… or place fewer people at each table!
If you’re not worried about placing each individual person go ahead and assign tables… they can pick their own seats right? Of course if picking is too difficult then a seat by seat arrangement might be best… either way I’ve got you covered!
Print off your favorite arrangement and start penciling those special peeps in… good luck! I hope this was the type of seating chart you were looking for Ashley!
If you’re looking for a particular piece of the wedding binder that hasn’t been created feel free to write in and ask (Betsy {at} Happilyeverafteretc {dot} com)… I’ll be creating new pieces every Friday for the next 4-6 weeks! I would love to make one just for you!
Of course if you haven’t picked up your FREE 42 page wedding binder don’t forget to snap that up first! Then grab your perfect seating plan or groom’s attire worksheet! I can’t wait to see what we’ll create next week… this is kind of a blast for me! I love designing things!
