Ready for another quick napkin tutorial? These little napkins are quickly becoming my favorite addition to any tablescape… I want to learn all the folds and find new ways to display them!
Which is why I was thrilled to put these little rose napkins on my pink floral table… they’re perfect for a garden party!
Let’s get started!
I used these beautiful blush pink linen napkins that match my quilted place-mats… because matching is the best. The first step is simple, fold these little squares into a triangle.
I didn’t show it but I find that if you don’t fold a perfect triangle but keep the points slightly off center. This way the little leaves of your rose will be side by side as opposed to on top of each other!
Now roll your triangle up starting with the long edge and rolling towards the point. Stop when you have about 3 inches of napkin left so that you have enough napkin left over for the leaves… perfect.
Now start rolling your napkin! It doesn’t matter if you roll from left to right or right to left so just start rolling and don’t stop until you get to the other side.
Looks beautiful darling!
Once you’ve reached the other side take the end of your napkin rope and tuck it into one of the folds. That will keep it in place.
Perfect!
Almost done.
Now all that you need to do is pull the bottom 3 inches of napkin up and around the rose portion of your napkin. These little points will become your leaves.
I like to pull one and then the other that way I can position them side by side… don’t worry it’s pretty easy to do.
Now you’re done! I placed my little napkin roses inside the sherbet glasses on my table but these also look adorable in the middle of a plate or even beside a plate!
If you’d like to get a better look at the entire table you can check out my pink floral tablescape post here.
