Thanks Addie! I love using vintage pieces as is but sometimes they need a little TLC… Then a great remix is perfect!

Super cute! I have a little suitcase like that in my basement, but it’s black, so might be harder to paint over? It’s probably only ’70’s vintage , ha. I might have to try this one day when I’m feeling ambitious.

If you’re painting over black (or any dark color) it would probably be easier to prime any section you’re going to paint first. You can buy primer in a spray can or latex… Heck any old can of white will do! I know the yellow was even hard to cover with my light seafoam and blue… I had to do 3-4 coats to get the proper color! If you paint yours I’d love to see pictures!
