When I was doing a bit of searching for my fun blush and rose gold nursery mood board I discovered the magic of tassels. I have seen them before… I think everyone has in kindergarden! Kidding, just kidding! This was the first time I really fell in love with how pretty a full fabric or yarn tassel could be!
Of course, I don’t want to wait until I have a baby of my own… that could be a while! So I thought I’d look for a few ideas we could use now to fufill my tassel dreams. I even have the perfect spot in a wall gallery on my living room wall! I think I’m going to use a few fun colors and my Cricut to spell out Smith.
In the meantime I’m sure there are a few other places I could use a tassel… here’s all of the pretty ways to use tassels I found! If you want to find the full post or tutorial just click on the picture… you’ll find the original source!

This is kind of genius… a blanket with tassel trim! I have been obsessed with the fun pom pom trimmed blankets you see at TJMaxx but I have sooooo many blankets that I just can’t bring myself to purchase another one. So maybe I can just add tassels to one I already have!
Worth a shot right?!
I think this little tassel is one of my favorite… because it’s on the edge of a Happy Planner! If you follow along on my Instagram you know that I am a huge fan of my Happy Planner and I actually do have a rose gold tassel on my Happy Planner. This one is just so sweet though… I love the bits of lace mixed in!
Okay how sweet is this tassel entryway? If you have the perfect spot this would be a showstopper for any party… and so cheap to make! Time consuming maybe but tissue paper isn’t super expensive. We live in a tiny little town where the city strung similar lights between a few of the buildings downtown. It’s so sweet and this little tassel entryway gives me the same feeling!
Of course, these little tassel balloons are pretty darn adorable too!
