I have been dreaming of this kit… all the rose gold foiling is absolutely beautiful!! (It’s called Autumn Paints by Paper Blush Bar FYI). Sometimes I wish that every single kit in the history of kits could have rose gold foiling (and by some of the time I mean all of the time!).
Of course, that’s not an option so instead we move on to plan B… how many rose gold stickers can we add to a kit?
TIP: Looking to add a certain color or pop of foil? Try adding fun headers (like the faux foiled headers in this spread) or even stickers in the same color scheme!
Unfortunately when I bought these cute “foiled headers” I thought they were real foil… once I got them in I noticed that I am crazy and they are faux foil. It literally says faux foiling right in the listing… which brings me to my second tip of the day… read the entire listing when buying stickers to make sure they’re exactly what you’re looking for!
Now on to the next big item… you may notice that this week I decided to use he date covers. They’re so pretty I thought “why not?” Well my Happy Planner has big huge dates at the top so if I use date covers we have to go ALL. THE. WAY. TO. THE. TOP. of the page to make it work. Which means extra space to fill!
I decided to add in extra headers this week to help add that little bit of extra foiling and to help take up extra space! Plus I added a few more checklists for all the fun Christmas shopping I have going on… I’ve got to get finished with my Christmas gifts after all!
Overall I love how this week turned out, even if I do have a few checklists that stayed empty.

[…] Last week we used date covers and filled the entire day with plans… from the very top of the planner to the bottom edge. This week I would have way to much space if I tried that trick. Placing my bottom washi inside the bottom box instead of at the bottom edge means I have less space to fill during the day so my week doesn’t look too sad as I fill in my minimal plans. […]
