Over the last few months I’ve had such an outpouring of support for a little spur-of-the-moment project I put together. You might have seen it around the blog… it’s a FREE 42 page wedding binder? As a newlywed I know exactly how hard planning a wedding can be… but even more than that I know how difficult finding the perfect planner can be!
We had a year long engagement and the first few months felt like a constant search for the perfect binder. This one had too many pages I didn’t need and that one was too expensive… it was a much bigger ordeal than it ever should have been!
So in return I’ve put together my perfect version of the wedding binder… all the bits and pieces I found the most useful when planning my own wedding!
Of course, my perfect wedding binder isn’t your perfect binder! In the past few months since I first released this bad boy I’ve had a few requests for new pages.
So I’ve decided that every friday for the next 6 weeks I’ll release a new add-on for the binder! The best part? If you have a request send it in… I just might make it for you! Not sure where to send it… here’s my email Betsy {at} Happilyeverafteretc {dot} com.
The very first add-on was a special request from Chantae:
I finally got this all printed and almost put together for my sister who just got engaged… I may have missed it, but the only thing I don’t see is a page for the groom and groomsmen attire (where renting from, color suit, tie, etc).
I can always make one myself which was what I was going to do until I found yours and thought it would save me a ton of work (thanks!) but then I wouldn’t have the header and font to match every other page!
– Chantae
So the first week’s add-on is a set of two worksheet’s… one for the groom’s attire and one for the groomsmen’s attire!
Whether you’re buying a tux, renting a suit or going casual with a mix of attire these worksheets are the perfect solution to keeping your groom’s attire organized! Add them to your wedding winder so you don’t miss a beat when it comes to your man’s special look.
With two printables to record every single piece of your groom’s outfit and two printables to keep track of your groomsmen’s attire you’ll know every single detail for the big day.
I loved these pages to keep track of those pesky late fees and cancellation costs… because let’s be honest groomsmen are not known for being overly punctual!
Of course there’s a hot pink version, a royal blue version and the original blush pink version! Pick your perfect color to coordinate with your wedding binder.

The free binder only has 22 pages not 42 and the groom stuff and maybe flower girls ring barer stuff is not there.

Hi Mary, I’m sorry you’re feeling slighted by the Free wedding binder I put together. It took quite a while to put all 42 pages together so I can promise they’re all there. I just double checked and there’s definitely 42 pages. Feel free to email me at Betsy {at} Happilyeverafteretc {dot} com and I’ll take a look!
The grooms attire worksheets are an extra add-on to the free binder! I’ve added several new pages as readers have asked for them over the years. I’m always available to create custom pages when asked… the grooms pages were a custom add-on!
