Recently I’ve noticed a trend that I ABSOLUTELY love… blush! When I’m surfing Pinterest I see gorgeous rooms with blush curtains, blush blankets, couches… the list is endless! I’ve always veered away from using too much pink in our home… because I want my hubby to be just as comfortable here as I am. I did sneak just a bit into our bathroom… but I have somehow refrained from making everything else pink! (It’s been hard I deserve a medal!)
Blush however is such a lovely subtle shade… it’s not as in your face as the hot pink I’m usually rockin’! Maybe I can find somewhere to incorporate blush in my home… and after you see all the lovely images I’ve pulled from around the web you’ll want to add blush to your home too!
So what do you think? Are you as enamored as blush as I am? What’s your go to shade?

The bathroom in my house now is pink. I love it… the hubs… well, he puts up with a lot. 😉
We don’t have much pink in the plan for the new house, but I love the light pink flowers!
Sounds like our guys have a lot in common! Haha! Thanks for stopping by!
I’m loving shades of blushes and nudes right now, too! It’s so soft and subtle and feminine. I used to think, nope, no way! Now I love it! Especially in that headboard and the She is clothed in Strength sign!!
Okay, okay. Now I want blush everything. I’m going to send my husband to you when he complains.

Tell me about it! I’m suddenly wondering why my entire house and blog aren’t blush! When your hubby gets here I’ll introduce him to mine and they can make a “husbands against blush” club… It’ll be great! Haha! Thanks for stopping by!
Gorgeous images! I absolutely love pale pinks with greys. My daughter wants to paint her room a soft pink next. It’s so pretty!

Oh that big blush chair………. I could cuddle into that lovely with the yummy blush blanket and read a book (oh and it would have to be next to a fire place!)
That blush blanket is going to be mine… I want it so bad! Your scenario sounds fabulous! Thanks for stopping by!
I do love blush and rose gold but I think theylook better as accent pieces instead of frontal pieces.

I love them as both! That’s the great thing about home decor though… Each person can make things gorgeous for them! Thanks for stopping by!
Gorgeous! We have some blush tones in our bathroom. When the kids get older, we may be able to bring it into the rest of the house, but for now, they’d just cover it with mud. 🙂
Ah yes… Blush with mud! Gorgeous! ? One day!
I love that bathroom! Love it! But I doubt my house of 5 boys would allow it. Boo!!!
Every gal needs a place to relax! A gorgeous pink bathroom with a soaker tub… Now that’s a mom cave! Thanks for stopping by!

You’re such a sweetheart! Thanks for stopping by!
Blush is my favorite color but it never was always my fave . I used to think it washed me out because I am so tanned but it works and it’s an elegant color. I equally love at home. The pics you posted are such great inspiration.
You’re such a sweetheart! Thanks for stopping by!
LOVELY color (although i’m more of a white wall girl myself 😀 )
White walls can be just as pretty! There’s so many ways to decorate!
Blush is one of my favorite neutral colors for everything! Clothing, hone decor, etc.
Isn’t it funny how blush can read a s a neutral? People would never list it in a list of neutrals though! I absolutely love that! Thanks for stopping by!
Blush is a really beautiful color and certain in these days! My wife would love that desk & chair.
I agree… blush is so in these days! Thanks for stopping by Jonathan!
She is clothed in strength and dignity! Love it!!
I love that sign! Perfectly Imperfect in Troy, Alabama sells them!
Betsy this whole post has me swooning! I LOVE blush but don’t really incorporate it into my house due to Matt…but I might have to regardless!!
I’ve been having the same conundrum over here… I think the blush might be wining this fight though! It’s just so pretty!
I forgot to mention in my previous comment that blush has been my long-standing wedding color and I can’t get enough of it. When Matt said he didn’t mind I think I almost died of happiness. I’m definitely sharing this post!!
I loved my wedding colors (periwinkle, silver and a hint of hot pink) but when I see all of these gorgeous blush weddings I frantically try to figure out how to have a second wedding so that it can be blush inspired! So far it’s not going well.. I will have to live vicariously through you and your wedding!
