Our Vegas honeymoon was my favorite vacation… because we got to stay at the Venetian and see Mama Mia!… that was pretty cool. (Yes ladies he does like musicals… unfortunately he’s taken.)
I would want to go to Greece because of the history. I want to see the Parthenon and where democracy started… plus I hear the Greek isles are pretty nice.
Probably going to the lake or on a picnic… I use to go to Boy Scout Camp as a kid. (I don’t have the heart to break it to him, he’s a tad bit old for camp).
Hot dogs and hamburgers because those are what comes to mind. They’re very all American food and definitely what I would eat. I’ve never seen a Fourth of July celebration that didn’t have those!
I would probably stay in a hotel because it is the most comfortable option and when I’m on vacation I like to be comfortable.
My 5 Questions!
Blogging takes a lot of time. Do you ever pass by Betsy while she is on the computer and secretly feel neglected?
No, not really. I get plenty of time when she’s not doing her blog… and I know it’s something she enjoys.
Before, during, and after photos are an important part of blogging, do you remember to do that while working on projects for Betsy?
Sometimes… although often she has to remind me to take photos. I’m not as good as taking photos as she is, so she spends extra time editing the ones that I give her.
Before changing a piece of furniture, hanging new curtains, or planning a whole room redo, does Betsy consult you or do you come home and it’s done?
A little of both! Sometimes she’s so excited about a project that she can’t wait and so by the time I find out about it it’s already done. Other times it takes us a month to get going so the plans change several times.
Does Betsy discuss her blog with you, stories from other blogs or friendships with other bloggers?
Sometimes, she likes to keep me in the loop and use me as a sounding board for a lot of her projects and posts. It allows her to get an outside opinion that she may not have already thought of.
Where do you think Betsy gets most of her creative inspiration; tv, magazines, online, you, or was she just born that way?
Well I’d like to say it’s me but I’d be lying to myself. She probably gets most of her inspiration online but I’d also be lying if I didn’t say she was born with a lot of talent already.
That’s all she (oops he!) wrote folks! I can’t wait until Thursday when the link-up goes live to see what the other ladies hubby’s have said! It’s like Christmas morning the suspense is so thick!

Oh no! I think that probably happens quite a bit… I was worried my hubby wouldn’t want to do the interview at all but he actually likes it! Yay!

Thanks Joanne! I think interviews are so much fun… get to know a little bit of the person behind the screen!

How fun! I really want to go to Greece as well. And a musical in Vegas sounds like something my husband and I would love, too!

These types of posts are always my favorite!! I try to get my hubby to participate in them but he either likes to give me one word answers or say things that are so ridiculous that I can’t post them lol I like his idea of a summer tradition of going to a lake. We go to Lake Wallenpaupak every summer with a group of friends and it is soooooo much fun! I highly recommend it!!

The lake answer definitely surprised me since the last time we went out on the lake he spent too much time falling off the inner tube and not enough putting on sunblock and came home with a horrible sunburn. Ouch! I know what you mean with the answers… mine has two modes: really involved (like stealing the keyboard to type involved) or yelling one word answers from the other room because he is just so over it right now! Good Luck!

This is SO cute! I would love to ask my hubby these questions! Greece sounds like a great choice. I would love to visit there too.
Happily Ever After, Etc. says
Luckily Greece is the top of my bucket list too… so we don’t have to argue for this first one! Then I want to go to Russia while he wants to go to France… I suppose we’ll have to do both! P.S. You should totally ask your hubby the questions… it’s so much fun!

Hello – I’m visiting from the Peony Project! This man behind the blog link-up is so fun! I’m having a hard time thinking of blog topics this week, so I may just join this link-up. My husband and I just went to Vegas and stayed in the Venetian as well – tons of fun!
Happily Ever After, Etc. says
Oh you should totally link-up! All the peonies should! The link-up would explode! Haha! It’s such a fun little interview and I think it helps my hubby feel connected to the blog… which is good. We want him to like the blog! (Plus you’re right, it’s such an easy topic to do when you’re stumped!) The Venetian was a pipe dream of mine… I was so excited when we got to stay there! The hubby’s eyes were as big as saucers when we walked in the lobby… but he is easily excitable!
